Submitted information may also be used by the Dole Institute for upcoming promotions for the KVVMW, including print, online, and social media.
By submitting the “Veteran Information” the submitter certifies they have the permission from the veteran or the veteran’s legal agent to share this information publicly as well as grant the use permissions outlined above.
The “Submitter” name will be made public on the veteran’s profile both on-site and online as part of the Kansas Veterans Virtual Memory Wall.
Submitter contact information is collected for Dole Institute communications and administrative purposes only and will not be shared with any other entity or individual outside the organization.
Submitters certify that the Veteran Information is correct upon submittal to the KVVMW.
Additions, changes, or corrections to a veteran’s profile can only be made at the request of the original submitter.
Disputed profile content may result in removal of the profile.
Profiles that are shown to include false information are subject to removal.
The Dole Institute reserves to the right to edit submissions for clarity (spelling, punctuation, non-substantive changes) to veteran profiles before the profile is approved and added to the KVVMW.
